Was it the right diagnostic?!
Question: Was it the right diagnostic?
I have thought for a while I may hAve paranoid schizophrenia. I have most of the
symptoms- paranoia, delusions, hallucinations, hearing voices, fatuige, headaches, blank facial expressions, bizarre thoughts and more.
However, over the last few weeks I have been seeing a couceller. She said to me today she thought I may have aspergers an descibed to me the symptoms which I agreed sound like me. However when I went home an looked at them online they don't seem likeme at all and the ones she said weren't on there.
Can I trust her? Could schiophrenia be misdiagnosed as aspergers? Is she some lady working with the people who are to get me? I need help please! P. S I'm 15 and a girl

You can trust her. She is there to help you, not be against you.Unfortunately some of the imformation online is not always correct.. Keep seeing her if you can and let her work with you, not against you to help you.Take care
Counsellors are not qualified to diagnose anything.
You need to see a doctor for a proper evaluation.
Only an idiot could misdiagnose Schizophrenia as Asperger's, or vice versa.
what that sounds like me and i think there is another disorder where you see thing but i forgot what it is called
