Answers:

You sound like you are very depressed and I can see that you need some help to overcome it right now. Your mom will be glad that you have told her. Don' t wait another minute. Go to her and tell her and make sure she understands how bad you are feeling. I truly believe you need some professional help from a doctor since you are not feeling like doing anything. That is unusual for someone of your age. There is no mom in the world who wants their child to feel like that. Tell your mom how long this has been going on and ask her to take you to a doctor to find out what you need to feel better. This is not just normal growing pains like some people think and it should not be ignored.

I remember having this same problem myself at your age and if I had gotten help way back then I might not be struggling with depression now that I am older. If you think that your mom might not understand, then print this your question and this answer and give it to her. I'm sure she will want to help you if she knows how you are suffering by yourself.

just go up to her and say .. "Mom, i want to see a therapist" .. she is gonna question you why, and u can say "i haven't been feeling too happy. lately i'm always depressed and stressed and i want to get better"

your mom will ask questions and u can answer them and then she will try to help u by taking u to a therapist and being extra nice to you. all u can do is thank her. your mom will always be there for you so be thankful

be strong and try to get well

Tell your Mum. Write it down if necessary. Talk to someone, please. Look through Yahoo answers and see you are NOT alone. Lots of teenagers feel like you. Read the answers.
I found this 24 hour helpline in the US on Yahoo answere -
1-800-273-talk (8255)
You can get through this! Good luck.
