I've been using an intermittent fasting protocol for 6 weeks now. I can tell you that it helped me to lose fat and also to stop drinking so much alcohol. Before I started fasting I was drinking 3-4 rum and coke drinks every night. In the last 6 weeks I have had about 3 drinks. I feel much healthier and very little desire to drink. I have also quit smoking weed since starting the fasting. You won't regret it if you try it.

Each time you feel the Urge
Say the Following:
What Am I talking about, -I don't ----- , I never have, and I Never will. / Then Busy your mind and hands with something to distract whatever the urge is.
