Question: Am I the only one that has a new problem that erupts every week that sends you into a spiral depression?
Don't get me wrong I still get on with life I don't stop doing anything, I just have a new heart pounding event that happens each week and its really sending me over the edge I don't no what to do? I don't think I can handle life only because it throws too many fire poison darts in my direction. I don't feel sorry for myself I just don't feel strong enough to deal with anymore.

You aren't the only one but you really should see a therapist. You have actual depression aka meaning you are depressed more than you are not.



If you feel it is too much to handle, you should see a therapist. However, it sounds more like overreactions and over-dramatizations (the description of your depression, the colorful illustrations you give life, et cetera) than actual depression. You have not described any characteristics of clinical depression per DSM-IV, in fact you have debunked a few. However, that does not mean that you shouldn't talk to someone to express yourself. Feelings of anxiety and stress are still cause for concern, and a therapist would be great to see. Also, just by my guess, you are probably in your teenage years (or about to start them). So, hormones play a role in all of this, as well. No, I am not talking about sexuality, but the way the mind is clouded by some of the lesser-knowns.

Nope, everyone has a new problem every week, some people haev a new problem every day. The trick is how you deal with it, if you think the worst, you'll go into a downward spiral, if you stay positive, work out how to deal with the situation, then you will get over it far better and quicker



you don't say what type of problems so its hard to help, but someone on the radio once said "if you carry on doing what you have always done you will get what you always got" make any sense? .
we sometimes have to change our life around for instance a new job a new relationship even some friends can be very draining pushing their problems onto you. how do you feel stronger i don't know maybe you need to talk through with a therapist .

um well try walking sometimes and well try to close eyes and focus on something nice
sitting on a beach and sitting in sun shine and you can feel it, and your safe and comfy
and well. and smiling..

Actually it's a scientific fact that 51% of the population have the same problem. It's called, "being a woman."



i talk to myself all day and cant stop there seems to be two of me and the other dosnt believe in me, if you can find the complaint department let me know
