Question: Afraid to go out alone?
I hate going out alone>I don't even like going out alone to run errands like grocery shopping or shopping in general. I don't mind going out alone to a doctor appointment but I hate going shopping alone and I hate driving to and from malls or shopping places. I always make my husband go with me or someone else. Is this agoraphobia or just shopping locations suck and make most people feel annoyed and overwhelmed?

Better safe than sorry if you live in a sketchy area. Perhaps you'd feel better if you carried a handgun?
i don't think its agoraphobia personally i hate shopping as well all that horrible lighting swerving out of the way of mad people hell bent on spending their money.

You probably have social anxiety its nothing wierd I have it things just make you more nervous so maybe talk to the doc about it
