It's possible you're simply not meant to be a vegetarian. Some people don't tolerate a vegetarian diet well at all. You may be anemic or you may not be getting enough protein. It's important to see a nutritionist or healthcare professional that can help you follow a better vegetarian diet or let you know that this diet might not be right for you.

I used to be a vegetarian when I was your age and I did it for four years. The first year, I felt great. After that, I got very very sick and found out I had gluten intolerance. I had cut out all meat but replaced it with wheat. I thought I was "doing the right thing" by being a vegetarian but it was killing me. Now, I eat meat but I'm careful to eat organic and free range whenever I can.

I wish you the best.

Personal experience.

It could be al sort of things. You may be menstruating which causes many women to become hungry, and your stomach is upset because it isn't use to eating so much. If it continues, you may want to see your Dr and have your thyroid checked. It could be a disorder known as hyperthyroidism.

It's possible that you aren't getting sufficient protein, being a vegetarian. That can also be GERD or diabetes. See a doctor.
