Question: Plz help!! im having these severe mood swings, like anger and sadness and then feels happy for about 1 hour of?

the day, and my nerves are really bad as well, and i feel like i can't take living like this much longer, but im going to see a pysch soon hopefully, many people say im, bipolar... but if i don't get on any serious meds, for what im going through very soon, im going to have to end this my way, and i tell ya, it's not a good way... im on ativan right now, .5 mg, but there just strong enough, to tickle my effing nose, so does anybodyt know any good anxiety and mood stabalizing meds

It's good you're going to see a psychiatrist. If you are bipolar they can prescribe the right mood stabilizer for you. There are a lot of good medications for anxiety and bipolar, but only a psychiatrist can decide which are the best ones for you.

The only draw back is major weight gain. All medications have side effects so be prepared. make sure to ask what they are or google them online.

problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get tested.

go for a run or a walk. get some fresh air and eat good food.
that's a good start.

lexapro works for me. tried most of the others.
