i don't know whats wrong with me..can anyone help?!

ok so ive been having signs of pregnancy, nausea, fatigue, bloating, sore breast. instead of my period i had this brownish pinkish stuff coming out. ive been getting dizzy every time i stand up, i feel exhausted, and i have no energy. I've been getting the worst headaches, and i never get them, and now i have a yeast infection. i feel really hot and i feel like im going to pass out. i dont know whats wrong with me. i thought i might be pregnant but i keep taking pregnancty test and they come out negative.
