Help me with my eating disorder?!

Question: Help me with my eating disorder?
Its a study my group at church is having, If you only eat under 400 calories a day very spaced out for 4 days how much would you lose in that 4 days? And then you have to add a approx amount of how much you would lose if you were: Couch potatoe for the 4 days(TV), Mildly active(A glass of water, A walk or dancing for about 10 minutes), Average active(2 glasses of water, Rebounder for 10 minutes plus a 5 minute walk and 10 minute dance) or extremely active(5 minute run, 10 minutes on a rebounder 10 minute dance and 5 minute yoga and about 10 minutes of aerobics and 30 situps while drinking about 2 or 3 cups of water throughout)

We were all assigned with one, No we dont have to eat that much and be active that much, We just have to try to calculate it for a study, I was selected with the extremely active one. No, I do not have to excercise that much, Just add up the calories burned and see how many youd be left with.

No, This is not for a disorder because I dont have one, My group leader is just challenging us to figure it out. Thanks! Best answer garuntee.

Just a approx amount of weight would be good.

I'm sorry if this is genuine but I don't believe any Church group would assign this sort of task - are you sure this isnt due to your own motivation to lose weight?

In which case, less than 400 calories is incredibly dangerous for anyone, at any weight. I am 5' 9" and around 9 stone, and my minimum calorie intake for weight stability (basal metabolic rate) is around 1400 calories - this is the number of calories I NEED to maintain my weight, I will burnt his number no matter what. This BMR is the MINIMUM amount you should take in daily. Try a basal metabolic rate calculator e.g. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
