I recently tried lorazepam sleeping pill but I slept for four hours then awoke and was unable to sleep the next day as i dont feel sleepy anymore so I just lay in bed all night with my eyes closed.
It has been two weeks now but my body dont seem to remember how to sleep.

Answers:
um well go to bed same time every night and then body clock will be fixed,
try chamomile teas before bed time, and warm bath or hot tub to relax?
try some lite yoga as well to feel sleepy,
um well tell dr the stuffs keeping you up, dont take that use bachs rescue remedy..
yellow bottle whole foods stores,,, i am sorry you can sleep now,
hope it gets better soon, try well some tv if you feel alone late nights,,
and some relaxing music.. clear your head, say i will clear my head.
say it a few times and your mind will be cleared..
Try to think of something good instead. I know this sounds impractical, however try to shift yoru thoughts to something more positive wheever you are experiencing these bad dreams & anxiety.
Try to get on trazadone. It helps with sleep and anxiety.
