Why do factory's all employ people who are mentally unstable?!

Question: Why do factory's all employ people who are mentally unstable?
Like I mean who have mood trouble and psychiatric problems? and or why do these kind of people tend to choose to work in factory's!

I do not mean to cause any offense to any one by asking this, I'm just really curious about it?

Answers:

I worked in a factory, and I really didn't notice all that many people with psychiatric problems. Maybe it seems that way because manufacturing facilities tend to have a lot of employees, and the more people in one place the greater the chance that someone will have a problem. I made $16 an hour, and here where I live, that is more money per hour than most nurses, and police officers make. Not every one who works in a factory is uneducated and can't find any other kind of work. Manufacturing does tend to attract a large number of jerks, horse's butts, and people who think they know everything and are smarter than everyone else, but those are usually in management.

Because factory work generally sucks, and the only people who would want to work in one have no college education, and usually occupy the lowest end of the business ladder. Unless you're talking Ford or G.M. or something major, where they pay $50 an hour.
