Is this counted as anorexia?!

Question: Is this counted as anorexia?
If i ate a salad in the morning with nothing on it; just the leafs. At lunch if i eat a pack of small crackers; six of them. And for dinner if i eat a small portion of something like pees or green beans or something like hamburger helper, but a small portion. And all i drink all day is lots of water and i take vitamins and workout out for an hour to two hours. And the reason for all of this is to lose weight and be really skinny. If my weight were a 114 and i was 5'3" and i thought that was way too much and if i looked in the mirror and saw a huge fat girl.

No you just want and are trying to be anorexic for some stupid reason, anorexia is a mental illness, if you had this you would not be asking this question!

You'd know if you were anorexic. It's a mental disorder as already said and it takes over you completely. It's not just about starving yourself and working out to the extreme, it's about much more and it's about what's going on inside, not just trying to get thin.

Only you can answer your own question and only you know if you have anorexia.

If you think you've got it then get some help because there's so much more to life! Good luck x

Personal Experience

Anorexia. She needs help before she gets any worse. 50,000 people die every year from an eating disorder.

If if if if if if....

To me it sounds like you're trying to work out how to become anorexic and not wondering if you're already there.

You cannot choose to have a mental illness.

Yes that sounds anorexic you need to eat alot more than that get help and god bless!

Pretty much.

no, not yet/

No, you weigh a healthy amount. If you keep eating like this and your weight goes below 95 then maybe. But at the moment you are ednos. Seek counseling and a doctor.

Edit: Oh its your friends, lots of people crash diet like that (not that it usually works). She likely does (or will) slip up often eating more than she says. 114 lbs is not too thin at that height. I am 5' 4" 105 lbs and I am not anorexic. Keep an eye on your friend but remember it is her life not yours!! Also I strongly suggest she goes on a healthy diet if she wants to lose weight!! Sometimes it takes a bit to lose the weight but it is MUCH more likely to stay off and won't damage her body.

Doesnt fit the anorexia criteria
