what are some ways of managing anger?!

Question: What are some ways of managing anger?
im 13 and i get angry way easily, When i get angry i can like feel it inside me it feels like someones shaking up a bottle of coke. I feel like smashing things and hurting people. Like i had a really big argument with a friend today i saw him in the hall and he started having a go at me, he was with a teacher (he's got ASD so he gets like extra help). Anyway he was with a teacher when he started on me so i said stuff back to him then the teacher decided to make it worse by telling me to go away so i just shouted at my friend, i said ''YOU WANT TO F****** START DO YOU!''. Nothing came of it because the teacher decided not to do nothing.
On another occasion a teacher told me of for no reason so i slammed a door and shouted.

I get angry when i don't think something is fair and i don't know how to handle it. The teachers think im just being stupid they don't know i've got a problem.

I don't get angry with stupid stuff like i don't care when kids bully me.
I only get angry when something is unfair like i said i know kids can act like idiots so i don't bother but adults are grown up and are not meant to abuse there authority.

In fact im getting angry writing this, I get angry until the point i get a stomach ache.
I don't know what to do how do i stop getting angry.

i know right now it might not sound the best thing to do butt.... have you ever thought about anger manament? my friend whos 16 has a realy bad anger problem and even someone looking at him funny can set him off. and it realy does help him deal with his anger

in the short term you could try a punch bag? and use it every morning and every night or any time your angry in the house. and if your out you could try squeezing a stress ball. or moving away from the thing thats making you angry and count 1,2,3 ect until you feel calmer

i know this might soundaft but try writing all your bad/angry feelings or anything thats on your mind down in a little notepad and take your anger out on that instead of anyone or anything else

all the best, and keep that angry side of you in bed when you ge up :p

Meditation helps greatly. You are 13, which is a common age for some mental disabilities/disorders to surface, so maybe you need to be evaluated? Is there anything that has you stressed out? That can cause serious irritation and outbursts.

when you start to feel angry just start counting backwards from 100 with a gap of 2 so 100, 98, 96 etc... this should take your mind off the thing getting you angry and take a few deep breaths...
