Stalking is the act of harassment with physical presence. If someone is harassing you - whether incessant phone calls/following you around in public/constant emails. The first step is to tell the person repeatedly to leave you alone. Some folks require more than once to get the hint.

At that point if the harassment continues go to a police substation with the evidence you have of the harassment and request a police report filed for harassment. Note: a police report is a legal document in a court of law - do not lie on these forms or to a officer.

From there the police department in most places will work with you to halt the assailant and if that doesn't work will help you push for a restraining order in court.

Simple first steps: block their email address, block their phone number, block their IM, safeguard your Facebook and other social networks by upping the privacy levels, and notify the individual of their unwanted contact (phone calls, physically following, emails etc.). Keep evidence of each step taken as well.

Screw them you have to be confident and secure in yourself and the opinion of those who matter to you. Haters can hate, who cares you're probably great and they just are jealous that's is the case is 95% of cases. If they continue to bother you, you can confront them, simple. If it gets worse go to the police, make sure you stop any hate crimes.

Life's a ***** then you dies

Pay $50 or whatever your courthouse charges and get a restraining order against them.

Have your lawyer write them a very 'nice' letter.

Contact the 'stalker' in questions local District Attorney and inform him of the situation.

All these are the last resort/you are in danger ways of dealing with actual stalkers. You can always try talking to them with a mediator that is familiar of your feelings, but it really sounds like you need to set boundaries, and there are laws protecting people from becoming victims, even online.

Last but not least...Pray for them...not against them

carry a small camera with you and take their photo, otherwise people will think you are imagining it
then see police, with photos

Hatahz...they goin' hate... and playahz they gooonnaaa play.

TLC

It depends what they're doing.

Let em' hate.
