It's not likely to be a fatal overdose but you need to call a doctor straight away.
NOOOO. ODing is extremily difficult, he should be brought to an emergancy room and put in a phyciatric ward tho. It willlll however harm him, like his liver and kidneys. He hasnt taken a lethal amount though.
