Only a psyciatrist can write a "sick note" They can do it, you just need to communicate with them or it wont happen.

Not to get depressed. I believe that the worst thing is when you get admitted to a mental hospital. And I have been there for just a week. The reason for me being there is because I was mentally unfit. Think about that you won't get to be at home with your family who loves you. I was in that hospital because I tried to end my life and I was inside these thick glass and it was like a cage in there and I thought about how lucky those people outside were. They were free to do what they wanted wether it be good or bad but I was locked up because I was getting so depressed and it lead me to no good. As for now I suggest that you see someone who you can talk to about your depression because that really helps a lot. At times we just need to tam to someone to let out how we feel you know..
