These chains of anxiety strangle me
Will I ever escape these tears?
Why can't I be care free
How come Im so cursed with social anxiety?
I love constructive critism

The first four lines are good, but I think you should add another stanza and end it with the last line, like...
I am driven by these fears
These chains .....
........
....carefree?
Why must I be so aware
of how I fit in society
Sometimes I feel like this whole world
Is cursed with social anxiety.
The end? Maybe?
