Question: Im trying not to cut but my depression gets to be too much?
it builds up on me to where i need to cut and ive been getting helping but simply talking once every two weeks doesn't seem to really be helping.

you need to use will power to quit self harming I'm sorry but it is something that you really have to work for to stop.

It is hard I'm not gonna lie but you have to keep telling yourself that cutting isn't worth it and only temporarily makes you feel better. Try exercising this also releases endorphins in your brain that make you feel better and look better too! = p

I tend to agree with ScroteM, who answered before me.

And can't you just pick up a piece of hardwood and just whittle on something like that, I'm just wondering if that might help cutters. Only y'all can tell me if that doesn't work.



Get some anti depressants or take double doses if they dont work they will then but dont take more than 2 at a time



Try to find something to do
