Question: How do I deal with my BF's explosive anger?
I need some help...I don't know what to do when my bf has a meltdown and starts shouting expetives and threatens to hit things when he gets mad. It affects me to the point where I am embarrassed by his behavior as we live in a basement suite and our landlords live upstairs. I have also tried to commit suicide because of his behavior. I don't know what to do to stop his explosive anger episodes. Please if someone could offer some advice as to what I can do...I would really appreciate it.

Big bird needs to get boyfriend who isnt a big baby! Just give it up... Dont wait for the guy to grow and get over himself.

i think that's the sure sign it's time to give up and get out, seriously. there's other guys out there that won't threaten you or make you suicidal.
there's no good advice for "dealing" with him.
