Is there any sort of treatment for Dysgraphia?!


Question: Is there any sort of treatment for Dysgraphia?
This disorder makes me live a life full of shame. Is there any sort of treatment out there? And dear god I mean ANYTHING. Please help me?

I wonder what the cause of your dysgraphia is? Dyslexia, Motor or Spatial? I guess that the root cause of the problem will determine the best way to manage the problem.

From a psychological/emotional point of view there it sounds as if some therapy is indicated. You could seek this out for yourself but you can also employ some self-help. I recommend some CBT incorporating a "Compassionate Mind" approach.
