Recovery from EDNOS without help?!
Question: Recovery from EDNOS without help?
I was never diagnosed formally, but I've taken abnormal psychology classes and this seems to be the most accurate diagnosis. I go through periods of restricting, excessive exercise, bingeing and purging.
Anyway, I want to begin my recovery this year, ASAP. But I do not want to go into inpatient, nor do I have the funds and insurance required for therapy.
I have checked out several books about recovery from the library and plan to buy more in the future.
What else can I do to help my recovery?
PLEASE- do not suggest therapy. I am working more than full time and can barely afford my rent. I do not have time or money for therapy. All other alternatives are welcomed.

Find someone to talk with, if not a therapist then a friend or someone who has went through these problems themself. You will need support and someone with a stable mind to help you with this.
I had bulimia, and went to a professional.
