I hear noises when I sleep?!

Question: I hear noises when I sleep?
I keep hearing noises in my head when I am trying to fall asleep! When I hear a frightening story or watch a scary movie, I usually try to overhear any strange noise, to sum it up, I get paranoid. After a few days I stop and don't care anymore. (I am not 5 lol, but I don't know)

Problem is, I hear faint noises. For example, I hear a noise as if someone was ringing a bell and it pisses me off (I know I don't have tendinitis). But that isn't the worst part. When we were moving here, my mother said that a train passes by very late. Then, one night, when I was asleep, I heard that train, which was soothing and awkward at the same time. I tell my mom about it this morning and she says "What train? I never said anything about a train".

My last problem is that all of a sudden in a very quiet night, there are no noises and then a huge EXPLOSIVE sound is heard in my ears. It is the same ringing noise BUT it somehow accumulates and makes a blast that alerts me and wakes me up.

Whats wrong with me?

Completely natural, it's your mind relaxing while you are starting to drift off. I do it all the time.

I hear things as well. Its nothing to do with you being abnormal or anything. Try reading a book before you sleep, to relax your mind, don't watch any scary programs. Also the train thing and that is all in your head, when you think about things, you think you hear them. Just relax and calm down, read or talk to your freinds/family.
