1. Do brahmari pranayama(15 mins)+ anuloma viloma pranayama(15 mins.)daily morning on an empty stomach,in fresh air,seated cross legged with eyes closed,on a woollen blanket.If you have no time to do it in morning,do in evening,4-5 hrs. after lunch or after eating anything.

Avoid eating/drinking anything for an hr.afterwards.(except water,if thirsty)


2. Soak 7 almonds overnight in water in a glass dish.In the morning,remove their skin,grind till they become creamish.Add it in 250 gm. boiling milk.When it boils,remove from fire,add 1 tsp. desi ghee and 2 tsp. sugar.Eat it 1 hr. after the above pranayamas(if you are doing pranayamas in the morning) and 2 hrs. before breakfast.Continue it for 40 days.
