tingling in the right side of the head parietal lobe?!

Ok , I have been feeling a tingling in the right side of my head starting from the parietal lobe and sometimes extending to my right temporal lobe. This has been going on for days but there's not other symptoms in my body signaling anything. I have noticed that this happen when im close elevators or just talked on the phone or thinking about something well that causes this . Also these days I have had a surge of creative energy that I use to compose poetry and think in abstract terms so im not sure if this is all connected and would like your opinion.

ps- As I was writing this a pain came to my right side but very short and not strong . please help
