Why do i think this way about myself?? HELLPPPPPP!!:)?!

You probably cant answer this but what the hell maybe you can something that will make me feel better ;) I feel lonely ? not good enough ? i feel inferior ? god knows ..i feel bad and i don't know why .. Was it because i took another shot with my crush (who by the way doesn't like me back ?) I toughed i rushed things and that's it but hell no i tryed again i tried to be friendly JUST friendly in order to became his friend and that's it maybe after we know each other better he will like me ? what the hell was i thinking?:( stupid mee ..i wanted to ask him to go out to play basketball so i said hi how are you he responded i talked with myself AGAIN then i asked him something about guitar classes and he didn't respond then after 30 min or something he singed out . And now im back to feeling not good enough and i start thinking that his friends are way cooler then me or my friends ?!! Omg make me stop !!!!!! please tell me i did it wrong ..relate to me ..tell me im wrong ..tell me how to stop with this stupid toughts and inferiority complex? I try to tell this things to myself but hell i don't trust myself if i do this self improving confidence stuff i get more sad cose i tell myself that im stupidly naive (i got back stabbed a year ago maybe that's why i cant trust myself ?)
