Do you mean to give exposure to the public about schizophrenia and all that entails?
Sign up for a free blog at blogger.com, wordpress.com, typepad.com, or livejournal.com. All of those blog sites are very good.
From there, just blog away! Wordpress is probably the site with the most features, but it is probably the least intuitive.
