Should I admit erotic transference to my therapist?!


Question: Should I admit erotic transference to my therapist?
Is there any way it would benefit therapy, or would it br better to keep it to myself?

It depends on your relationship. If you're having erotic tranference then really you should ask to see a different therapist for your own wellbeing but if the therapist is really helping you and you are benefitting from it on a therapeutic level then keep it to yourself but you MUST try and overcome these thoughts.



Will it get you into legal trouble or placed in a mental home, if you don't tell well hinder your therapy if so then tell. The idea is that the therapy is to help you.
