Anxiety attack after drinking?!

Question: Anxiety attack after drinking?
trying to get to the bottom of something that hit me hard the other week..was a hangover, had been binge drinking the night before,.anyway, 5pm the next day, walking along the street then BAM, this massive anxiety attack hit me for the first time in my life....i was then plunged into this massive darkness for at least a week, depression, anxiety, horror until i started to see the light again..2 weeks later i finally feel like i'm crawling out of that hole but i BELIEVE it may be alcohol induced..don't wanna go near caffeine or booze again in case it sets it off but is this something that's happened to anyone else??

doo you have black outs/ dont kill people its bad.

Anxiety is a learned behaviour, perhaps the state of mind you were in when walking triggered a traumatic experience for long ago, caffeine or booze can enhance the anxiety effect but not cause it

I just had a caffeine induced anxiety attack its not pleasant but its calming down for me. Just try to stay away from those things for awhile. Exercise helps a lot even if it seems to make you feel like your panicking.

it could be a form of guilt coming to anxiety.. that happens to me when i smoke weed i panic after i smoked probably cuz i felt guilty i did it

it seems you are sufferings from chronic anxiety
check out the video and see if this is

Easiest thing to do is stop drinking, or atleast cut down,
Go and ask your doctor if you're really worried.

Yeah, not drinking will solve your hangover problem...
