Anorexia Controlling my life. HELP?!

Question: Anorexia Controlling my life. HELP?
So I have an ED. I'm 15. 118 pounds and 5'7. I'm mainly muscle and been "recovering" and am doing better. I eat 1700 calories today and am active. I run 20 minutes on a treadmill 6x a week and lift 2-3 times a week. I'm slowly gaining muscle weight.

However I have to measure everything i eat or i won't eat it. I had doing it but it controls me and if i don't know how many calories are in the food I will find an excuse of why i wont eat it....BLAH :( hate ED.
Tomorrow i'm suppose to go to a Huge city. I'll have to eat out....and I'm being taken out by a group of people and they are picking the restaraunt. I have no clue on what i'll be forced to eat and so i'm thinking of staying home...however i really want to go because i love the city. Anorexia is controling my life.....No one knows that i have it...and no one can. My twin sister had it and I got it ( we had a high risk of anorexia then a lot of people because of some stuff and we both got it but she got it earlier then me) When my sister was getting treatment....it cost my family A TON of money.
My mom said if she or I were to every get anorexia again...we'd end up in a project home or shelter so they could pay to have one of us treated...therefore I can't tell anyone..

The problem here is that you need to go back into treatment, just my opinion. I say this because you have an addictive behavior that can and will overtime kill you. I want to clearly state that at this point you likely do not have the ability to stop this behavior. This is why it is important to get you into a supervised, structured environment. Your life is at risk!

It would be a good idea to talk to someone at MHMR or a person that works at a Church or a licensed social worker. All three of those options can led you to locating treatment facilities that are offered free to the people in your position and age. This however will take some time.

I know it might be hard, but you have to start eating other things slowly. A dramatic change in your diet and daily routine will only cause more problems. Try and eat a piece of food that you have not yet seen what the calories are. Not too big though. Once you have finished try some other things. If you can't at first its okay don't get sad we've all had frustrations. Your exercising routine seems fine so that can stay the same. If you weigh yourself try and do it once a week and not everyday. Try and increase your calorie intake to 2000 because you are not trying to lose weight, but again do it slowly. It's okay to look at the calories once in a while, especially on fatty food.

Go out to the city and have a good time. When you go to the restaurant order something light and familiar.

I also agree with the person below... it may also be best if you go in search of help yourself.

Best wishes!
