Nonstop thoughts please help?!


Question: Nonstop thoughts please help?
I keep thinking of disturbing things i want to cry they wont stop i think of it like every 10 minutes and every time i wake up in the morning it comes back into my head i really wish these thoughts would stop its been going on for a week or so now they are so sick and gross i wouldn't tell anyone what the thoughts are because they would call me sick. Please tell me how to make these thoughts quit i can't tell anyone close to me im even afraid to say what i keep thinking on here.

I agree with the previous person about your disturbing thoughts stemming from anxiety, but If I were you I would have my vitamin B levels check (B6and B12), If they are low this could be the root of your problem.Don't be too quick to take any antidepressants because they sometimes makes you feel worst

Hey, when I can't sleep due to problems, I think of a logical way to solve it. Stressed out about the 20min presentation in a week? Make a plan. Now, since you're having problems with sick thoughts, as bad as it may sound, put them into effect. I believe that the moral conscience should be able to overcome sick thoughts. If I feel like killing someone (i'm being brutally honest. I'm sure everyone's thought the same way before. I'm saying the, I hate him so much... He makes me want to kill someone kind of way, not the disturbed way), I say, put it into effect. I've got the knife in my hand... and I can't and won't go through it. What you feel or do at the end is up to you. Whether you hold back, or go through... is up to you.

Sick and gross... just put it through your head, and you'll overcome it within a few days.

Life experience has taught me when u want to get things out of your head u got to put something else in your head to block out the other. So either go get a good book to read or find another interested that pleases u and do it with all your might. Or volenteer at the hospital, dog shelter, soup kitchen or something like cleaning your bedroom or paint it or read your Bible or memorize verses. I have been there so i know and i think we all have been there one time or another.



holy crap i thought i was the only one!!!!!! i get like thoughts and imagines ... like their so bloody and gory and ugh so freaky like if i see a person walking sometimes i think he's gonna die get in a fight and like i see a lot of people hanging their self ... this probably isn't helping .... sorry ... but i don't know how to make them stop either !!!!! its like im like the devil or something .... one thing i found out is don't be in the dark that kinda helped me ....

Our minds process what happens, or what we see & hear in weird ways. Are U either around, or the victim of things that overwhelm U emotionally? I have weird dreams, & all I am doing is processing what happened to me that day in a figurative way. Since U have them when UR awake, I would write everything down in detail & include the emotions they cause U to feel. Then I would burn the papers while forcing myself to laugh. It sounds weird, but I do it when I have a problem I can't let go of. I use that ritual to externalize all the crap. When my subconscious was bubbling over, just keeping busy did not help. If what I suggested doesn't work, U need to see a Licensed therapist. By law they cannot even release the names of their clients, & they've heard it all before. Good luck.



...Hi sam. I've been where you are at. I got over it by engaging more heavily in difficult and challenging goals and activities. Also, I got more excercise and became more adept at controlling my behaviors that were self induldgent ( drinking, anger, using porn etc.) It will get better for ya' ..hang in there ..........

Disturbing thoughts come from anxiety. You sir are suffering from anxiety. Feel stress? Grind your teeth at night? And stress related symptoms? Then your anxious, check out a councilor or get a licensed therapist.
