I think it's an anxiety disorder. Maybe you should check out the different types.
It sounds like an anxiety disorder. I am a medical professional. I think it's time to see your doctor. He can put you on medications that can help. Don't give up on meds if they don't work right away. Most take 6-8 weeks to work. good luck!
