How do I become less stressed out?!


Question: How do I become less stressed out?
I'm a full time student in high school, and I'm working all the time. If it's not a college english paper due the next week, it's a huge test in algebra 2. I just want to read, and write, and relax, and spend time with my parents. Specifically my dad because he's not here all that often.

what can i do to relax and calm down about everything?

Good for you for being self-aware and for taking action. What you listed is perfect, and also smart. But one more thing is simply your mindset. The mind itself can relieve some of the stress.

Maybe you should consider taking less classes next semester. Exercise will help you wine down after a busy day, so will yoga, a healthy diet, and a good glass of red wine : )

Do some deep breathing--and exercise--it releases endorphins!
