Im 20 and still scared of being alone in the dark! In the world we live in who wouldn't be scared alone in the dark? what I did was told my parents about this problem they just told me to trust in god and if Im stilled scared id ask my parents to come outside with me. What are you doing alone at night outside alone at your age feeding a dog anyways? let the neighbors take are of it. lol

That's pretty normal for our age ( I'm 13 too! :D ). But I'm sure you'll outgrow it. Try keeping your mind off those kind of things and think of happy thoughts or try playing some loud music, that always works for me in the shower anyway.

I'm almost 21 and still uncomfortable being alone at night, especially outside. I don't think it's abnormal.

I'm almost 18 and still sleep with my light on. You should always be on guard when it's late and dark. The freaks come out at night.

i'm 24 and i'm still scared of the dark ...you'll never grow out of it...sorry.
