Answers:

I think you have bipolar too, and you're in a mixed episode right now. It's rough as hell, and pretty much intollerable, from my experience, but when you get back to normal or a happy mood, this will seem like a distant memory, trust me.

What works to calm yourself down? Is there anywhere to go? Anything to do? Anyone you can see to talk to? If so I would leave a note saying you're going out and not going to do anything drastic, but you need to calm down before you can talk. There's also helplines for people in situations like this.

Most importantly is that you need to know that you can live well without having to go through this time and time again, but you need to do something now to make that happen. A psychiatrist will help, and put you on meds. You might need something to make you sleep, something to stabilize your moods, and I also take stesolid, which calms you down when I feel I can't cope.

Hope you don't have a hard time accepting this, most of the meds are just temporary, and I'd be worried about you if I knew you.

Take care and don't do anything you'll regret!
