Is there anything wrong with me?!

Question: Is there anything wrong with me?
Well, since around Christmas, ive started to get nervous in busy places, at first it was in the supermarket when everyone was Christmas shopping, now its if i go to the takeaway and its busy, or in class if there are too many pupils for the classroom. in bust places i also feel annoyed and kind of angry as well as slightly nervous. is there anything wrong with me or is it normal?

Answers:

pretty normal...happens to me ALL the time. Its just a little bit of social anxiety. just breathe, remember why you are there doing what you are doing and try to not think about it as much. Positivity breeds positivity...and negativity breeds negativity.

there's only something wrong with you if you personally believe that there truly is. i don't because i go through the same turbulent emotion of being overwhelmed every day. taking deep breaths in rhythm is the the most beneficial combat for this condition of inferiority.

you could be slightly autistic from what you described. don't use this as an excuse to give up searching for union to fill the void of our seeming meaningless existence.

that which is above, is the same as that which is below. every number is infinite, there is no difference, normal is bland, docile, and stupid. be yourself

i used my own source

Enochlophobia is a fear of crowds. its real and valid and lots of people have it so dont think theres anything wrong with you. If its seriously affecting you then get some help. Speak to a therapist and learn ways of treating the problem.

christmas shopping is stressful for a lot of people so it's obviously carried over from that. possibly you should talk to someone about this to see if it's more than that.

It's normal enough, but it's up to you to face the problem and get it under control. Just because you feel something, that does not mean you have to be a slave to the feeling. Train yourself to change.

Maybe anxiety issues? You should see a phsyciatrist or therapist just because it never hurts to talk to someone who can give you advice and isn't biased. :)

you could be bipolar, i have the same problem. :o
