Hey it's me again. I answered your last post & mentioned joints in hands. Are you ok? Did you Just get on this Medicine? When? I kinda got worried you may want to go wake someone up and tell them. When you first take it does your heart rate increase ? U need make sure your not have any kind of drug interactions too...? Probably the feelings your having right now are the Extreme Drop at the end once it's time for next pill??? It always give me a crash too I hate that part. But the NON SLEEPING You CANNOT Get into that habit!!! It will cause so much mental damage!!!
It's an ampetamine so it'll give you a high where you'll feel like being really productive, but the come down effects also make it hard to concentrate. It's an incredibly strong drug, so don't do more then your prescribed as the come down effects will be worse.
If this drug causes you too much distress, go back to your doc and see if they can find an alternative to adderall.

I know what your going through.I take 20 mg.Twice a day I feel good for 3 or 4 hours cant sleep either but ive been off a week after 5 days on it you will get to be able to sleep 5 or so hours a night.Also makes me feel real nervous when driving at first to,and I can forget about eating much for 3 or 4 days thats what I hate Im only 170 I dont want to be a bean rail It would be good for some one with a weight problem though.

what do you think? Adderall's generic name is amphetamine salts...need I say more...you are taking a strong stimulant and need to be careful. I've been clean for over 19 months...and it all started with adderall at the age of 13...first started abusing it and that led to everything else. get some rest and chill out
