Is this Schizophrenia or not because I'm confused?!

With MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder), each distinct personality is typically not aware of the others so I would say no on that. Schizophrenia consists of delusions, paranoia, and/or hallucinations which impair a person to a level that they cannot function normally. Officially, it cannot be diagnosed if substance abuse co-exists, or if it can be explained by another physical ailment.

My personal opinion is that many mental disorders are actually related to anaphylactic food allergy reactions which cause a person to become delusional due to a dramatic drop in blood pressure. Although some correlations have been made between allergens and mental states, I feel the medical community has dropped the ball on this. Anaphylaxis, to a person who isn't familiar with it, can result in panic, paranoia, hallucinations, and any number of other mental and physical symptoms. The only way to rule this out as a cause is to go on a very plain diet while avoiding all common allergens for a couple months.

You may be able to find diets on the web which detail how to do this. I should mention that severe dehydration can also accompany these type of mental symptoms. If a person's urine has much color to it (other than when first waking up in the morning), then they are dehydrated. The brain is mostly water so dehydration can cause many deficiencies in the mental process.

Many years experience with food allergies and psychology; eventually have become convinced that they are highly related. I also believe that taking a pill is not the cure for everything (although sometimes they are very useful).

Well, you are aware that they are hallucinations. Schizophrenia is also about not being able to tell fake from real. You don't even have to have hallucinations to be schizophrenic. You could also be paranoid or have delusions. So maybe it's not schizophrenia.

that sounds like schizophrenia and I would get the right medication to protect you from occurrences that can make you do things you don't wish to do onto others. Because you yourself don't want that.
