Question: Anxious to sleep. Heart beat and endless thoughts.?
I think this is a psychological thing about myself keep failing to sleep.
So I think this is because I have to pee. And I'm now also anxious about peeing when sleeping.
Can't even stop thinking. So heartbeats fast.
I always waste like an hour to 2~3 hours. If I fall asleep after just 1 hour, that is a very fast sleep to me. I think for normal people it's about 10~15minutes. Maybe 20~30 mins if they don't feel like sleeping. I feel so bad for wasting time. I think I should've just played and don't waste my time.

It's called insomnia and it's a pain in the *** (not literally...that's piles) and I've had it inconsistently for the past several years (not piles). The only way I have combated it is either as you say, do something physical like 'play' or go for a run or work out or just been busy the whole day that I am exhausted, but for most night's I simply bring my laptop to the sid of the bed and watch episodes of friends. Because I have seen every episode, I don't have to worry about missing out on anything and it is still entertaining so it keeps my mind lightly occupied until i drift off to sleep. So my advice, try watching something, or maybe listening to some music, something that keeps your mind occupied until you just drift off naturally.
wellll... wat i do is stay up till i feel like i have to go 2 sleep, like around 10, 11 or 12 maybe 1 and thn, i plug in my ipod and listen to music.... works prtty well for me especially on weekdays... b sure 2 set ur alarm in the morning tho on weekdays cuz u will probably b tired so u probably wont wake up hahaha happens to me like evryday... OH and on the weekends just sleeeepppp in hahah
