TEENAGE EMOTIONS HELP??!??!?!?!?!

Question: TEENAGE EMOTIONS HELP??!??!?!?!?
I'm a 16 year old teen guy and I just feel so lost right now. I have a lot of emotions and feelings and I'm not sure if they are normal. I always feel stressed out, my heart feels like it is always beating super fast. It's hard for me to concentrate on small tasks that didn't use to be hard for me. It's hard for me to concentrate and I always feel really anxious. I feel sad, today I just walked to the park and cried because I felt so sad. Lately I go to bed crying at night and all the crying and sadness just drains me of all of my energy. I try to do things to calm me down like drinking tea or reading books or watching tv or praying or even just taking deep breaths, going for walks but none of it ever seems to work. I just feel so anxious all the time. I feel like there is never enough time in the day to do everything. I just feel so alone even though I know my parents love me and really care for me. What am I going through? Is this normal teenage behavior. I just don't have the energy to put up with these emotions anymore, it's overwhelming to say the least.

A lot of people feel like that, I went through a phase that was just awful and I couldn't cope. I found that taking a minute to just think about everything helped a LOT! I also found that writing letters to no one saying how you feel and what you are thinking (Or a Diary) helped too, I preferred the letters personally because I felt like I wasn't talking to myself :L
Hope that I've helped a bit :) And hope you feel happier very soon :)

You are experiencing puberty. Testosterone is a major cause of how you feel. It will become easier to manage as the days pass. Exercise and fitness are suitable activities to cope with surging hormones.

The crying is how your body manages/releases the tension that your changing hormone levels are causing.

well ive gone through this and im 16 too sometimes there's a reason for this....if you are very worried you should def see a therapist who will help you out....if not then try to meditate and control your emotions

Sounds like normal teenage behavior.

It's very normal to be a teenager who is 16 and on the brink of moving onto "adulthood" to be a little stressed, anxious, and/or depressed. Feeling isolated and that there's no one in your life you can talk with and feel supported by is very, very crappy. The good news is that it doesn't have to last forever. No matter who you are, you have a lot of options in life. You can move to another state soon, get a job, go to college. There's so much in this world, you just have to pick something you'd like to do with yourself in the future and start working towards it. If your dreams are "silly" or shot down, who cares? The happiest people in life are those who are
A. Easily satisfied
B. Follow their dreams

Some people are quite content doing any job and just going with the flow of life. But some people are eaten alive by restlessness and feeling that there is more. Well, for them, there might be more. And those people need to figure out what they'd like to do, and go do it.

"Follow your bliss" says Joseph Campbell, go check him out! I noticed that you pray - be aware that Joe talks about religions but doesn't seem biased against anyone. also talks a lot about finding your place, and what it means to be a human and growing up. Not everything you find will be relevant but if you poke around, I'm sure something will help you get a little more grounded.

Good luck to you young man! Your sensitivity and emotions are good :) They mean you can care about yourself and other people, not everyone let's themselves do either!
