Her: I sit there and they talk about u so much when ur not there
Me: Hahahaha...oh my godd is this mackenzie? (she's this girl that likes to make up all this crap and try to cause all this drama. She's done it before and her and I are enemies so I assumed it was her) Seriously, you're going to cause all this bullsh!t and make me believe my friends are doing this to me? Wow...

Yes, this is cyber bullying(i got mad reading it). The appropriate thing to do in this situation is just to ignore her or even better block her on face book or what ever. Cyber bullies typicly have a self esteem issue's. They also are physicly inferior, as they cannot threaten you with their demeanor. If you want to get back at her(i do not recommend, do this only if she countinues and the teacher does nothing.) Threaten her with you strength in person (e.g. slapping her books down and verbally threaten her.) But yea block her and talk to some one.

Report her Immedialy/ She made a THREAT to you. "If you sit there on Monday theres going to be a problem" thats a threat. Shes either going to get someone to do something humiliating to you or shes going to do it herself, What an awful person! Report her. Make a copy of this THREAT. Good Luck. I wish you all the best.
