Question: How can i cure of my anxiety?
Hello,i'm 18 and i'm having sever anxiety attacks.I asked my mother to help and she brought me to the doctors to figure whats wrong with me and obviously i have anxiety attacks. All he told me to do was not worry and ill be fine.well those words are a bit useless don't you think,i don't want to take drugs to cure this. I've been having this for about 1 year now,feeling of depression,worried for no apparent reason, Ive got thoughts of dying and have the thoughts of whats the point of life and where do we really go when we go,stuff as terrifying as that.These anxiety attacks got me so terrified that i can barrelly concentrate in school, my grades are dropping because of it. If there are simple solutions that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars to treat this. Please help me. i feel like I've lost all hope in everything.

There are many ways to cure anxiety. However it really depends on wheather you want to be medicated or not. I personally don't like having to be medicated myself. If
