Loss of concentration.....why?!


Question: Loss of concentration.....why?
Often when i need to just sit down and get on with work,i just cant get started. like ill just distract myself somehow, even though i know that once i get started i will do lots of work.

Its like right now. I am currently in class, and i am supposed to be doing work, but now ive just suddenly lost motivation and i cant concentrate. i have a headache and i cant really focus on a single thing.

why does this happen?
what can i do to prevent it from happening?
how can i make myself actually do the work?

you need vitamin B 6 and 12 also need potassium. try adding a banana to your daily diet or a sweet potato once a week. also eat some spinach, or broccoli, if you don't like the foods I said, try some good vitamins.



I know that this probably sounds crazy, but you really should try doing a parasite cleanse for three weeks. Basically, you can do a web search for parasite cleansing capsules. I can always focus much better after doing a parasite cleanse.

The other thing you can do is get cardio exercise everyday. Having a regular 30 minute aerobics routine is a great way to start the morning.
