How come the more i try to relax the harder it is to, especially when talking to!
Question: How come the more i try to relax the harder it is to, especially when talking to my therapist?
im almost always so anxious or depressed and im trying to stop cutting for good but i doubt myself because my depression and anxiety seem to build up on me and the longer i go without cutting the more i want to, especially when i just cant relax - its like the more i try to relax the harder it is to especially when talking out my issues with my therapist, i mean i try to realize i really have nothing to worry about, yet im always scared that something bad will happen. and on some days im as far from depressed as possible - like i will be fully of energy be fast paced and talk more (whereas i usually dont talk and i keep to myself, but ive been sort of an antisocial loner)

It's because you are sitting around with your thoughts, ure thought consume you. Do something to occupy yourself, I suggest working Out, it uses up excess adrenaline.
