Coping with a death of a family member?!

Question: Coping with a death of a family member?
I have a second cousin who I haven't met.
I haven't met him yet, and it was a big shock when I heard about it because he was only five years older than me. I've never lost anyone or had to go through this funeral thing, and this is really big. My grandma's lost it, she keeps hitting herself and crying, and my grandpa as well. My entire family's a really big mess right now, and I don't know how to cope.
When they first called us (from Iran. He lived there, our entire extended family is there) they told us they think it's because of an overdose of drugs. When I heard that, all I thought was "why did he do it." and I was so angry. But recently we got a call that it was because of his asthma. Honestly, that makes me feel so much worse because it wasn't something he could have controlled. My family is getting better every day, but I'm getting sick.
I think I'm getting depression or something, I honestly can't cope with this. I saw his picture recently and just lost it. I don't know what else to do.

Also, I don't even know what I think of anymore about God. My grandma keeps saying how he's "With God now" but if that were the case, and if there really WAS a God, then why would he just take him away like this? I wish I met him more than anything, and everytime I think of it, it makes me feel like throwing up. We're hosting a ceremony for him on Thursday, and I was looking for advice on how I could cope with everyone crying at that point? I don't know what to do. At all.

Answers:

There is two ways to deal with deaths. Feel too much, or don't feel at all. Although it is okay to feel sad, your cousin would have wanted everyone to move on. Tell your family that.
