I'm begging you to PLEASE HELP!!?!

Question: I'm begging you to PLEASE HELP!!?
yesterday, i was extremely anxious throughout the say because I knew that in my science class we were reading out loud in class. i thought the reason i was so nervous was because my coach was our subsitute whom I always feel nervous around. but today in english, my teacher was randomly calling on kids to go in front of the class to act out scenes from the book we're reading. I started getting extremely anxious and felt like i was gonna throw up so i went to the bathroom and when i came back i still felt anxious and was going to go to the nurse but i stuck it out. about 2 years ago is when i had major problems with anxiety to where i went to therapy and was put on meds. i got over it and now its back i guess? its just not as severe and it seems to come on randomly. i dont know what to do. my parents just say 'relax, u will get through it. u r stronger than u think," because they dont think i should go back on meds. this whole thing has been happening for 2 days so not that long. pls help because this whole thing is started to make me somewhat depressed.

help! advice????? what disorder do i have??? and y am i so anxious?

Answers:

I always get anxiety and haven't got the courage to tell even my doctor, I suck it up even when I went to school I pretended I wasn't scared, I made sure I took a halls so my voice was clear and spoke loud, and just focus on what I was doing, and kept my mind off the students and pretended to not care. I got through, I had and have again major depression, life is a *****, but just do what you can, if you are too overwhelmed just say no to going up on class, talk to your teacher in private and let him know, maybe he can help you, or put you in an after school class for acting or whatever to make it fun, don't worry I bet you atleast 1/3 of your class feels like you, its human so don't beat yourself up over it.

Anxiety sure is a *****.

If you have a counselor at school, try talking to him or her.

The thing people need to learn (like your parents, no offense to them) is that mental disorders are very likely to come back, even after a person thinks they are rid of them. Meds are not the only option to controlling it, if that is what your parents are worried about. There is many many types of therapy, depending on where you live. You can get like cognitive therapy which is drug free, for example. Or even just go see a psychologist and explain that you want help without medication and they can help you from there. If you don't want medication, don't see a medical doctor, just see a psychologist.
