Answers:

Dear One, I am so sorry that you lost your friend. You will not get over this. You will go through this. Grief is a process. You will feel sad for some time. You loved her and you don't just get over a person. You miss her. You will miss her all of your life. I can say that you will not feel this way forever. It will take time, your time, but eventually there will be only fond and loving memories. And these memories you will not want to lose for anything. Take good care of yourself and have PATIENCE with yourself. You will stop crying when you are done, not before. Treat yourself lovingly as you would a friend who just lost someone. If your grief last too long and if you feel the need to see a therapist, do so. All of these feelings intensify your disorders. So please take care. I wish only the best for you.

First, I am very sorry for your loss. I lost a friend last december and it still doesn't feel real that he is gone. I don't believe we ever really get over something like this. But we just have to learn to live without them and carry them in our hearts. Even though you won't see her anymore, you will always remember the things that she told you and what she did for you. Don't try to forget her, talk about your feeling with other people. Cry, and grieve. Once you have a couple weeks to grieve over your loss it will get a little bit easier. It doesn't mean that you don't miss her and you shouldn't feel bad for feeling better after her death. I hope this helped you.
