ritalin is scaring me...help!?!

Question: Ritalin is scaring me...help!?
Ok i took three 30mg capsules of ritalin....i felt really good, actually amazing, focused, alert, and euphoric. Now its 4:04 in the morning. I havent eaten in 12 hours and I cant sleep. I took the capsules at about 9pm. Right now all i can think about is the worst things that could possibly happen to me. I feel that everybody is talking bad about me and that next time i go to the club everybody is gonna try to jump me. I keep thinking that my girlfriend is cheating on me too. can anyone explain? is that a normal come down from 90mg of ritalin? ive stayed up all night many times on up to 85mg off adderall and vivance. ive been up for 3 days straight before and started hearing and seeing things, but this is bad. ive never fely so horrible, paranoid, and vulnerable. Help please! what could i do to make it better this is bad!

Do you have anything to help you relax...excederin PM, or a cup of warm milk, some calcium tablets..otherwise, you just have to ride it out...you are crashing...try to keep busy, and say this will pass, after you come down, you will probably get grouchy and need to sleep, after that have a nice little talk with yourself about not playing with your meds! I too, am awake all night tonite, but for no reason, they love to give you things to keep you awake, but don't want to give you something to sleep...

My little cousin took the same thing and acted straight crazy. We had to change her medicine, so I definitely suggest you do the same. As soon as possible.

Change your meds. Adderall works the best for me. But not 85mg that's insane. Probably not good for you.
