Is this possible?MeNtal health?!

Ok first of all agree with me or not but when you have bipolar disorder it means you have mood swings. Like you go from being happy to sad to mad. But the thing is is that wouldn't that mean that everyone has bipolar disorder and who ever said that was a disorder. Second is ADD which is when u have a short attention span and can't pay attention at school and bla bla bla. Well tests have shown that children have add because of being over stimulated. so much stimulation between tv and video games and all the instant fun that school is kinda boring and so is reading so they seem to not be able to pay attention but they can pay very deep attention to a video game. ????? Hmmmm. Leads me to think that we are all "normal" if you even know what normal is and plus the questions online are not designed verywell and will purposly put questions on their like " do you get mad easily" or " do you have mood swings?" Which anyone with a disorder or not would click yes if they are telling the truth

I wouldnt trust online tests, if you are concerned that you have a mental health disorder you should visit your doctor, they will be able to diagnose you correctly and get any help that you may need

DO NOT self diagnose....especially if your doing it thru the internet...cmon, do you believe everything you read online? The only one who can diagnose you is a trained professional...not some online test.
