I try my best to ignore the person but i don't know why these happens and i hate it because it feels that i am showing that what they said or do affected me when it really didn't.. i keep shivering for the rest of the day, and i feel nervous. The worst of all is how my heart beats so fast and it feels like it is going to explode. i try to breathe in and out but that doesn't seems to help AT ALL. i am going to the doctor soon and i am going to tell these to her. But what do you think it is? please help!

It's called anxiety. You shouldn't allow them to affect you especially your health. I was having anxiety bouts and the Dr. gave me a prescription. I only take them when I get really bad, not all the time. I don't want to get used to them so when I need to relax the prescript. will do it's work. Back to your problem. Your right, you don't want them to know they are getting to you. What they are doing in my opinion is the Bully syndrome. So, what you need to do 1) be sure they are talking about you then find an answer that will throw them. Like the guy from Australia, who got bullied and this time, he fought back. He may have gotten suspended but now they will leave him alone. I remember one time when someone tried to bully me and my answer was "thank you." She was floored and didn't have a come back. They may have a comeback so you need to be prepared for whatever they way. But, the bottom line is to move on. Yes, it can be difficult but in time you will graduate, maybe go to college and start a new life. Think of your future instead of them and good luck.

This is what it means. Your nervous system is over-stimulated. The nervous system regulates body functions. Responses to stress are such functions. You have some sensitive neurons (nerve cells) that are over-reacting and changing your body's response to unhappiness - it's too much and lasts all day and that must feel awful. You need to calm your nervous system and the rest will likely take care of itself. Not all foods and products are for every nervous system. I had similar problems. They were linked to non-organic food and scented products. Crazy and simplistic isn't it? Who would have thought? Read my answer to the question in the source box below and watch the youtube video to see examples of this. Good luck. Hope you feel better soon.

Omg, I thought I was the only one. I feel the same exact way you do when something is being said about me, and even if its not said about me I would think it is directed towards me. Everything starts to be a blur and I can't move. Its perfectly normal because I grew out of it. I was very self conscious about myself and I still am but to a certain extent. Your normal trust me.

Experience

This stems from being overly sensitive about yourself. You should understand that other peoples thoughts don't matter. If you do, This may be a health issue. I have never heard of a condition that you may suffer from. But That is as much as I know.

I'm hypoglycemic and when I get worked up my heart starts beating really fast and it cause my blood sugar to get out of whack and that makes me shake maybe it could be something like that.

Anxiety or a small panic attack, don't worry we all get them from time to time, talking to your doctor will help though.
