I can't sleep! Please help me!?!

Question: I can't sleep! Please help me!?
OK, Its 2:00 in the morning and I STILL can't sleep. I went to sleep at 10:00 tonight and still no luck. I am a bit stressed out that spring break is almost over, and that I didn't go to the fair today...
and a bunch of other little things that made me stressed out today... help me?
Please?

Answers:

You are thinking too hard, try counting sheep to get your mind off of things,
if that idea sounds too unattractive you can also try:

Pour some salt on your tongue and wash it down with warm water, it's proven that this triggers specific neurons in your brain to where it will gear into what you can consider "sleep" mode.

Wearing long socks can help circulate blood towards your legs and away from your brain to help you sleep faster.

When I'm suffering that situation i'll better read some interesting topics and listen any comfortable music that make you comfort but please don't take some stimulant that could alert you more. Hope it would be helpful. Thanks for sharing my thoughts.GODBLESS!

i always have to talk to someone about what ever just to get my mind off stuff.. only problome is its hard to find someone to talk to this late lol, thats why im up now

shrug those little annoyances off your shoulders and try to force yourself not to think and close your eyes till your mind is blank and fall asleep

i read eating a banana before going to sleep helps you. i haven't tried it though. im not kidding...

internet

sing and pray

Got any cough medicine in your cabinet. Make sure its night time, and take some. Not going to hurt you that much. Also tomorrow, go buy some melatonin.
